The hotel looks nice, it's definitely not new, but the rooms are spacious, clean and have a great view of the mountains. Bed is comfortable. The lobby and restaurant are pleasant, food is decent, but on the pricey side.
I didn't like the A/C heating, air is very dry, floors are cold and the room temperature varies a lot. Shower also leaks. The biggest minus is that there is no space to dry out wet equipment/boots. Staff could be more professional.

The spa is amazing
The food is not very good, and the room cleaning is not good either. During the five days, on one day I did not request cleaning, and on the other days they only changed the towels once and only restocked the toilet paper.

The breakfast offering was great and plentiful, no complaints there! The Restaurant facilities were large and lovely, with a fire. The size of the rooms were also pretty generous, making it comfortable for two couples to easily stay in a 2 bed apartment. It was good for the price.
Sometimes we found the staff to be a little bit abrupt. Breakfast team were lovely and accommodating, as were van drivers. However during the stay we didn't exactly feel warm or welcomed. The Spa facilities are quite small for the size of the resort, particularly given the size of the resort itself. If you are coming for skiing it is about a 20 min drive from the bottom of the Bansko Gondolas. The rooms itself are basic in amenities (microwave, kettle, toaster, plates, knives and forks). No cooking facilities, knives, boards etc. Each room had different things, for example one room has glasses/wine glasses the other didn't.
