Location doesn't offer a lot, it's just buildings with apartments /hotels with no any other interesting capacities/infrastructure around. Good nature around with beautiful trees. Good indoor and outdoor pools to enjoy, nice SPA with 2 saunas and 2 steam baths.

The facility is nice and breakfast was decent. However, it’s way overpriced for what it is. The indoor pool looks bigger on the pictures and they only offer apartments. The restaurant waiter was very rude and unprofessional.

Unfortunately, our stay at Balkan Jewels Hotel was far from what the pictures and description suggest. The photos do not reflect the real condition of the property — the facilities are very worn and used. We came to celebrate New Year’s with two families, each with two children, but there were not enough beds, pillows, or blankets for everyone. This was very disappointing, especially for a holiday stay. We had to go and ask for alternative rooms, and only then were we moved to new rooms, which were slightly better — but this should not have been necessary in the first place. There was no New Year’s dinner offered. Later, the staff suggested room service, but the food was very poor: the chicken was so tough it was almost impossible to chew, and the French fries were cold and unpleasant. Additionally, the rooms did not have kitchen equipment as promised in advance — no pots, no basic kitchenware, and no microwave. The spa facilities were also not as advertised. The saunas did not work properly — only one was usable and very worn, while the others either did not work at all or were cold. Overall, the experience did not match expectations at all, and we were quite disappointed, especially considering this was meant to be a New Year celebration for families with children.
