There was enough space for parking.

The stay at the Four Leaf Clover Bansko was nice. Staff is GREAT, so polite, so helpful, but unfortunately there were one problem. WE HAVE A RESERVATION on apartment 74 m2, but we got small apartment, that the app. that we make on reservation.

WE HAVE A RESERVATION on apartment 74 m2, but we got small apartment. When I apply to reception they told me that they have only like that app, so you made a mistake about how big the apartment is. Now what is the procedure for making a complain for smaller apartment to whom to Booking or...?
