Property was decent and clean, rooms spacious and warm. The food was all right. Facilities(only the saunas and the interior pool) provided were good.
More than half of the facilities advertised were closed or not available. We were told the outdoor heated pool would be working "tomorrow" 2 days in a row. Rooms although allright, lighting was very bad, unless you had natural daylight it was quite literally completely dark. TV's were almost tablet size although we personally did not watch it at all anyways. Because of the interior 2 room hallway the noise from the neighbours was pretty bad.

The food, the massage and the atmosphere were great. If you go there, do not miss the massage from Pepi. He has more than 20 years experience and could advise you for your body health. Our room was very clean and it was cleaned every day.
The guy on the reception who we met at first was not hospital at all. Even that we paid for a bigger room in the main building, it was small room with a broken wardrobe. Even the door of the room was broken. This room must be renovated. I hope that next time there will be no disappointments.

The location was great and the design of the outdoor spaces - the pool, the garden... The food was wonderful, too!
The bathroom had some mold around the corners of the bathtub and the sink in the kitchen was broken. No microwave...
