Room was nice, staff was friendly and let me check in early and then switch to a king size room after the first room was hot and had double beds.
Staff discriminated and treated me and spouse with completely different hospitality and smiles and attitude than most others checking in and eating at the restaurant. We are Hispanic and I was very surprised on the difference on how we were talked to compared to people on the side of us, behind us and Infront of us. We were treated like we did not belong and yet we do have our own business and successful and on vacation. It's sad that I paid a top dollar restaurant 180 dollars and tipped very well to someone who didn't give us their time and effort like others but we still did tip a significant amount to not disrespect because that is who we are. Even though it was not worth the service whatsoever. Charging for wifi and charged for a destination fee is ridiculous but again what choice do we have. We were woken up 3 days in a row by 815-830 for housekeeping. (maybe we should have put sign out the night before)
