    Our stay was very disappointing from beginning to end. On the first night, I was stabbed by a safety pin that I found on the floor while simply walking around the room. This was extremely concerning because it clearly showed that the room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. When I called the front desk to report the incident, nothing was done and no real concern or assistance was offered. This alone made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable. We stayed for four days, yet the bed sheets were never changed the entire time. Because of this, my allergies started to flare up, making the stay even more uncomfortable and unpleasant. The housekeeping experience was also very poor. The cleaning lady appeared to be rushing to go home and did not clean the room properly. She left empty water bottles and trash behind and did not wipe the tables even though there were crumbs and leftover food. Instead of thoroughly cleaning, she repeatedly asked whether we wanted her to vacuum and mop, even though those tasks should already be part of the standard daily cleaning—especially since the room was visibly dirty. When we requested a sheet change, she told us it was not her schedule for the day. When we later asked her to collect the empty bottles and clean the tables, she responded with an unfriendly and irritated attitude. Her behavior made us feel unwelcome and ignored. Overall, we felt unsafe, uncomfortable, and poorly treated during our stay. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this place to others.

    We had a pleasant stay over the weekend. The room was nice and clean with ample amount of space. The location was topnotch. We didn’t get to try their breakfast because we had a very good night’s sleep. Looking forward go staying here another time. Til then.
