Everything was perfect. Every single detail from the moment we arrived. Everything was amazing.

I had a balance on a gift card to use towards our room. The front desk staff did not know how to process gift card. When I called 4 days later to get receipt to make sure gift card was used I was told I would receive call back. I have not received call back so I do not know if gift card was processed.
