Entering this bright and cheery cottage you will find the spacious and inviting open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The pretty lounge features a wood burner, TV and plenty of seating, offering a lovely space to sit back after a great day exploring. Heading through to the kitchen area, the central island is perfect for socialising and enjoying all your favourite family meals together. The ground floor also has a handy shower room. Heading up the steep cottage-style staircase, you will find the refreshing main bathroom and one relaxing king-size bedroom, and the other double bedroom. Stepping outside, the small courtyard garden has outdoor furniture and provides a relaxing space for everyone to sit out on a summer’s afternoon and enjoy a meal or a drink in peace.
Holt is a thriving town with a wealth of great pubs, galleries, shops, cafes and restaurants, and is home to the beautiful Holt Country Park and the popular North Norfolk Railway as it travels along the Poppy Line to the charming coastal resort of Sheringham (7 miles). Heading inland, this part of Norfolk is host to a variety of local attractions for all the family to enjoy, include Holkham Hall, Blickling Hall, Pensthorpe Natural Park and Baconsthorpe Castle, all within 15 miles.
Holt is also very popular throughout the year with various events such as, the Holt Festival and Sunday markets all taking place thought the summer with famous comedians, artists and stalls from local artisan traders. Just after the summer Holt, Sheringham and Weybourne also come together for the 1940's weekend celebrating the war, lots of people travel from all over the country to come down for this weekend occasion. Going into the winter seasons Holt also hosts the Armistice Day Parade and then the Holt lights evening with local food vendors, stalls and the light turn on. Continuing into the winter season Holt is popular town for people coming from all over to visit the Thursford Light Spectacular which is popular for family days out.

- High chair and stair gate available in the property. Please note the stair gate must be used at the top of the stairs
- Wood burner (first basket of logs included)
- Smart TV with Sky TV in lounge
- Enclosed courtyard garden with seating
- Allocated parking in nearby parking area for 2 cars - this is a 5 to 10 minute walk away
- Pubs and shops a few steps away, beach 4 miles
- Please note that the stairs are steep and narrow
