This gorgeous property has a soft palette of colours to make you feel at home and relaxed. The chic, modern interiors are thoughtfully designed, with great attention to detail, to ensure an enjoyable stay. Downstairs, the living room is the heart of the house and features wall-to-wall seating, the ideal space to lounge and make plans for the day. The compact, contemporary kitchen has all the necessary appliances to rustle up some tasty treats, while a double bedroom and shower room complete the ground floor. An elegant staircase takes you to the first floor, where you’ll find a family bathroom, a king-size four-poster bedroom with a Smart TV and a second bedroom with bunk beds. The unenclosed garden to the rear has a lawned area with a patio and garden furniture to make the most of lazy summer afternoons and evenings.
A wonderful local attraction is the 100-acre Holt Country Park (2.5 miles), with waymarked trails, a children’s play area, and a lovely picnic area. You are also only a few miles to the coast, where for nature lovers, Blakeney Point (7 miles) is a must-visit attraction. You can enjoy walking through the nature reserve and taking a boat trip to see the seal colonies. Salthouse Beach (4.5 miles) is great for walking, wildlife and fishing, and Cromer Beach is ideal for a traditional day out at the seaside with your buckets and spades and to enjoy some fish and chips and ice creams.

- 2 bathrooms – 1 bathroom with WC, bath and hand-held attachment, separate shower, 1 shower room with WC

- Separate pantry with washer/dryer
- Welcome pack included
- Cot, highchair and stairgate available on request
- Smart TV and games console in lounge, Smart TV in master bedroom
- Mobile signal is variable

- Private parking for 2 cars
- Please note, maximum 2 guests welcome in the twin bunk bedroom
- Due to a gap beneath the stairgate, young children should be supervised around the staircase
- Pub and shop 1 mile, beach 4 miles
- This property can be booked alongside another to accommodate a larger party of guests
