Enter the property and prepare to be impressed by the traditional high-ceiling hallway which leads you to the neutral-toned lounge with hints of blue, chic furnishings and a wood burner. Additional seating can be found in the open-plan kitchen/diner/lounge which has a small area with another sofa and a wood burner. The farmhouse-style ‘U’-shaped kitchen has wooden worktops and a breakfast bar. Once you’ve mustered up a feast, dine together at the table and chairs beneath the hanging lighting. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with an en-suite and patio doors which open onto the garden. Follow the stairs to the first floor to find a king-sized bedroom and a family bathroom. Outside is an enclosed lawned garden, a patio and furniture for dining alfresco.
During your stay in the town of Holt browse the restaurants and boutiques (within 0.5 miles) or head to the 100 acres of Holt Country Park (1.5 miles) which is filled with woodland and walking trails. Less than 0.5 miles away is the start of the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty where you can go for a dip at Weybourne Beach (4 miles) and Salthouse Beach (4 miles). Spot the wildlife at the National Trust Blakeney National Nature Reserve (6 miles).
