The apartment is bright and peaceful. There are no nightclubs nearby, and it’s located in a high-quality residence with a caretaker and respectful neighbors, ideally located directly on the legendary Promenade des Anglais, just steps from the beach.
The apartment offers a rare combination of seafront location and a comfortable, peaceful living environment, allowing you to fully enjoy the unique lifestyle of the French Riviera. It´s new, modern, and fully prepared for comfortable living. It includes air conditioning, heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, TV with Netflix and YouTube, and generous storage space.

Despite its prime seafront location, the apartment remains quiet thanks to modern triple-glazed windows. Electric shutters allow complete darkness and maximum comfort.

PARKING
We recommend Palmeira public parking, less than a 10-minute walk away. Street parking is also available nearby (paid by meter, free in the evenings and on Sundays).
A car is not necessary to reach or enjoy the apartment.
