« El Patio » apartment is one of those places you never want to leave !
The flat is located in Quartier Parc impérial, a surprisingly calm haven right in centre of Nice and only a short walk from the famous Promenade des Anglais and the main train station to explore the typical villages of the french Riviera. You also enjoy the terrific view on the Saint Nicolas Cathedral, a spectacular Russia church.
Originally a 19th Century, The house was built in a Hispano-Moorish style by a French architect for a Monegasque consul owner. Since 1999, it has been listed as a historic monument.
It combines modern, luminous, open space with original architectural elements.

This property was amazing. The view of the church was incredible. There was so much living space for our family of 6. It was such an interesting home. The host was thoughtful and left coffee, milk and drinks for us. The air conditioning was “lifesaving”. A few things to mention-there was great sleeping space for 4 people. The 3rd “queen” bed was a pull out couch that was pretty much unsleepable-hard as a rock and misshapen. We had to use a different couch instead-could use replacing..Also-there were short animal hairs (we think likely a dog?) covering the dining room table as well as many of the sheets/couches. So beware if you have pet allergies.Despite these things we were incredibly happy with this property.
