Magnificent apartment 4 rooms Panoramic sea view with a surface of 115 m² on the Promenade des Anglais in Nice near downtown.
Apartment consists of a large living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom with a sea view and bathroom with shower and bath, double bedroom and media room with a sofa bed; a second bathroom with shower and toilet.
Air conditioning throughout the apartment, internet, windows with sound next to the Promenade, the living room and master bedroom overlook the sea, a small terrace overlooking the side yard of the Second Chamber. Furniture and appliances are quality, the apartment is in very good condition.
The residence is under video surveillance.
The private beach Hi-Beach is in front.
Only 3 minutes from Hotel Negresco and 15 minutes from the city center.

Great location and view on Promenade des Anglais, close to beach, restaurants, shops etc. Apartment very spacious and elegant, although one or two things (notably en suite shower) did not work.
Great for 4 adults, Ok for 5, not sure about 6.
Host Olga was very efficient.

Location! Location! Location! Everything vas prefect, huge apartment exactly as described even bigger than what it looks like on pictures. Big kitchen, a lot of space, 3 bedrooms, dining room. Professional management, we arrived bevor scheduled time, moved in before scheduled time and it was no problem. Restaurants around are amazing except for Le Chantecler (Has nothing to do with owner of the apartment) that has 2 Michelin stars (just way overpriced and the food is not good for the money), overall this apartment is a must and it will save you a lot if you compare it to an upscale hotel. Mediterranean sea that is beautiful is a 1 minute walk. Also don't forget to get a local food to make yourself a salad (tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, and something else :) AMAZING!) Nice is the Best!!! Monaco is just 45 minutes drive on taxi.

Large unit located in a great location. It has everything you need and is located right across the street from the beach. Very pleasant stay. The only small issue was the check in. We had to wait for the property manager. Other than that, highly recommended.
