The location was great - this was a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the tram. We were easy walking distance to both the promenade and the train station. The apartment size was generous and the terrace was large enough for several people to sit around the table.
It would have been much better to provide 3 sets of keys rather than 2. A group of 6 adults will not always want to do the same thing at the same time, so the lack of a third set of keys affected our ability to explore the Côte d’Azur more freely.
The app did not include instructions for the microwave or the stovetop I don’t think there were instructions for the washer & dryer either. We were able to figure them out, but documentation within the app would have been helpful. I would bet not everyone is familiar with dryers that do not vent outside - the chamber that collects water needs to be emptied from time to time.
I also think it would be helpful to provide floor plans so guests can see the layout of the rooms. It wasn’t clear from the online pictures that one of the bedrooms did not have a private toilet
