All-inclusive (except tourist tax) ground-floor holiday cottage. Living room with fully equipped kitchen (3 induction hobs), lounge area, TV. Separate WC, shower room with large shower and double vanity (welcome kit with shampoo/shower gel). First bedroom (180x200 cm bed that can be separated into two 90x200 cm beds, desk/secretary), second bedroom (two 90x200 cm beds that can be joined to make a 180x200 cm bed). Wi-Fi. Heating included in the price. This cottage is not specifically adapted for people with disabilities. 1400 m² fully enclosed garden with trees (private parking available for 4 cars). Terrace, gas griddle. Train station 600 m walk away. Close to all amenities and local shops. Bicycle/motorcycle shelter available on request (lockable). Non-smoking accommodation.
