Location was excellent - a few minutes walk to the shops and restaurants. It is no longer a B&B - just a 2 bedroom apt and a cottage on the property are rented. The grounds at the Manor house are gorgeous. A quiet beautiful setting.
There was a fan noise in the main bedroom which the owner tried to remedy but it wasn’t possible to find the source. Slightly disturbing at night.

I liked the design and little knick knacks around, the nice silverware, cups and plates.

Our host spoke English and was easy to contact re phone both of which came in handy when we had difficulty finding the property.
The picture of the property on Booking.com is NOT the place we stayed. We thought from both the photo and the name of the property that we would be staying in the "Manor". Turns out we stayed in a "cottage" on the same site. The "cottage" was also hard for us to get into as the key box was not functioning well. Thankfully, the owners neighbor happened by and was able to help us open it. Finally, the bedroom in the "cottage" is on the 2nd floor and the ceiling over the bed is slanted and one needs to be mindful of that less they hit their head getting in or our of bed. Finally, there is no parking on site. Street parking is free but we ended up having to park several blocks away.
