Varied surrounding landscape: vineyard, fields, forest promise many peaceful walks. Lake and Loire a few minutes away.
House rich in colors offers you all the necessary comfort for a peaceful vacation. Large living room (60m2) with terrace overlooking an enclosed courtyard where you can take your meals in peace.
At the back, a large wooded area for naps in the shade of the trees.
A large bedroom (1 bed 140 + 1 bed 90) opens onto a large terrace on the 1st floor. The other bedroom (2 single beds) has a view of the wood.
A garage allows you to shelter your bikes or car.
Private parking in enclosed space. Classification 3 STARS.
The owners live nearby and cultivate a vegetable garden which you can enjoy depending on the season.

This is a lovely rustic country house on an acreage minutes away from Amboise. The hostess Marie-Josephe is a lovely woman who is very generous with her produce from her garden and fruit trees. Her free range chickens are entertaining and the eggs are delicious! We would recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet, out of the way location, yet within minutes to Amboise, the Chateau, restaurants, and vineyards!

Lovely stay in a beautiful property. The hosts were so kind - answered all our questions, a lovely homegrown welcome gift and thoughtful welcome to the house for us and our children. The house is surrounded by wonderful grounds, our children loved the chickens, and we were able to enjoy the fruit and herbs grown in the gardens. The house itself is of a time with beautiful and quirky period features (and its own unique legend!), but has everything you need. Perfect base for Châteaus and family fun - lulu park was fab! Would recommend, thank you!

We stayed here as a family of 4. Two adults, two teenage daughters. Stayed for 4 nights while visiting Amboise and the various chateaux in the area.
It's a great location, 2 oe 3 minutes drive into Amboise where you can buy groceries and get all your restaurants etc. Lots of free parking in town especially in the evenings.
The place is lovely. Kind of two halves. One half is an ancient stone building with a great sitting area and bedrooms above. The other half is an addition with kitchen and shower room. The kitchen could do with an update. If you are looking for a lovely quiet place and will be eating out, or are not fussy about the kitchen, you'll love it. If you are the kind of person who wants every room high end, you won't. The price was amazing. Would definitely go back. As other reviews state, the owners are very friendly and give you free eggs etc. They don't speak much English but we all got by.
