About this apartment rental

A couple or family will enjoy easy access to Lake Washington, Gennesse Park, and Columbia City from this centrally located, spacious apartment, which is the entire ground-level unit with its own entrance, view of park, and short walk to the lake!

Bedroom has a walk-in closet and huge bed; rec room contains a fold out couch. We also have paddle boards and an inflatable kayak available for borrowing. Decorated tastefully. Kitchen has brand new appliances!

Owners live in upper unit.
