About this house rental

Welcome to our renovated 2BR home! You'll love the easy walk to the Light Rail, which provides a quick ride to Downtown Seattle, the airport, Lumen Field, T-Mobile Park, and cruise ship terminals at Pier 66 and Pier 91. If you prefer to drive, you're also just a short trip from all these locations.

Enjoy the vibrant North Beacon Hill neighborhood, known for its diverse food scene, cozy cafés, and scenic parks with stunning city views!

This home offers a spacious layout with 2 queen memory foam beds, 1 sofa bed (69 inches x 36 inches as a bed), a minisplit in each room for both heating and cooling. Enjoy a 55-inch smart TV, free Peacock TV premium, keyless entry, and board games.

Full access to the entire place, including a private entrance, kitchen, and in-unit laundry.

2 dedicated parking spaces with additional street parking available.

My co-host and I are very responsive through Airbnb messages, typically replying almost immediately and at most within an hour. We’re here to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, so feel free to reach out anytime!

Strict quiet hours from 10PM - 9AM are enforced: no laundry, no loud noise. No parties. No smoking or vaping inside. $500 fee for any violation.

The unit is fully private with its own entrance and amenities, and is part of a home with two other separate units.
