3BR/2.5BA 1500sq ft home in the Mount Baker area of Seattle.
3 ACs located in the unit, one AC in first upstairs master room, another AC in second upstairs master room and one in the main floor room common area. Only available during the summer.
Washer/dryer next to the two master rooms on the top floor (both with private bathrooms)
Separate bedroom and fully gated front yard on bottom level. Dogs are welcome with $100 pet fee. Additional fees if there are stains or excessive shedding
Four Smart TVs included in the house, including a 65” 4K QLED TV in the family room. Note there is only 1 couch in the family room not 2.
Conveniently located near downtown with easy access to I-90 and I-5. 15 min drive to Bellevue, Southcenter, West Seattle and Downtown. 7 min walk to Link Lightrail. 4 min drive to Lake Washington

Amazing place and location to stay for a Seattle getaway. My friends and I made a trip to watch a FIFA Club World Cup match. The place was very clean and great location close to downtown Seattle.

Alex is very helpful and responsive. He took the call when I had some difficulty with the shower temperature. The house location is very convenient and amenities are very comfortable

I'm ususally a pretty detailed shopper, but I totally missed that this place was 3-stories. I see that very clearly as I look at the listing today. There are two very nicely done "main bedrooms" each with full bath - but they are both on the 3rd floor. The kitchen and livingroom are nice too - but on the 2nd floor. We're in our late 70's and pretty active - but hauling everything up and down and up and down was a bit much. Some of the places we stay are "fully outfitted" - everything you need to move right in. This one wasn't quite there but still nicely done. Parking in front of the home could be a challenge - 2 hour limit M-F. We were there over a weekend so not a problem for us and Alex sent notes about nearby unlimited parking spaces. Alex was a very good communicator - stayed in touch during our entire visit and got problems resolved quickly.

Communication was quick & friendly with host. The town house was not too far from all the popular locations. Beware it's in a part of town that is not that great, very shady. Lots of planes flying over. Fans and carpet dirty but house is clean.
