About this house rental
Our 1907 craftsman home in a quiet pocket is just two blocks from the lightrail station and to the Columbia City neighborhood hub.
We are cozy and convenient with historic charm and modern amenities. Fenced backyard, perfect for dogs.
We are a 5-min walk to groceries / farmer's market, coffee, restaurants, movie theater, bakery, post office, and a 5-min drive to the driving range / golf course on Beacon Hill with a beautiful view of the city and yet another neighborhood hub to discover.

2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, fully enclosed yard.
Please note the primary bedroom/bathroom upstairs does not have a door. There is a curtain, and the bathroom has a half-door separator that folds out.

Uncovered parking in driveway available, but dependent on construction project next door. If unavailable there is free street parking.
Laundry is located downstairs in basement.
Please exercise caution throughout the home, as some clearance areas can be challenging for taller people.

Place was in a great location and kitchen was stocked with essential cookware. The only downside was that there was a lot of spiders - host said they are going to take care of it. But that was our only negative.
