About this house rental
Beautiful, new, modern custom home I just built myself in the Columbia City neighborhood of Seattle. Sparkling clean, great location, very private yard. Easy 8 minute walk to LINK light rail train station provides access to airport and downtown each within 20 minutes. Great home base for exploring the area and for longer term stays. A large island counter and desktop provide a generous work from home space for two. Short walk to grocery, shopping, restaurants, and galleries. Washer and dryer

Bright and clean this small house feels larger than it is with high ceilings and lots of windows letting in light or a cool breeze. A blend of reclaimed materials and sleek modern styling harness a sophisticated atmosphere.
Guest access
Guests will have full and exclusive access to the House. Which includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, kitchen, laundry washer and dryer, deck, hammock and garden chairs. Great for longer stays and working from home. Please know the property is accessed from the street through a long driveway. Address is marked on a large planter box and on the mail box at the street to make it easy to find. This "landlocked" property provides an element of privacy as it can not be seen from the street. There is parking available for cars, boats, RV, trailers on the property.

So tucked away, it's a bit hard to find at first. Great little place, perfect for 1 or 2. Place was pristine, well decorated and the bed and shower were fantastic. Very quiet. Will be returning for future visits.
