This house was beautiful and in a very nice area, has an awesome deck and great appliances. Beds were clean and comfortable. Our only concern was the air conditioner not working for the first 2 days of our visit. I was in communication with the management agency and they did drop off some box fans to us our second day, but they were unable to get an HVAC person until our third day there and even then the house, being so big, didn't cool below 78 degrees until about 2 am. There's no way to prevent something like this from happening but we were already there for a stressful situation and not being able to sleep due to the heat and the bedroom downstairs being in the upper 80s all night and upstairs in the 90's it was really difficult to get any sleep our first few nights there. The third night it cooled off by about 2 am and we were able to get sleep. The management company was working on it and they couldn't get someone out sooner but it was hot.

This is a beautiful, really clean house, quite area full of deer. House is really big; loved the hot tub, master bedroom, and outside fireplace the most.
We did have to buy our own garbage sacks, laundry detergent, and dishwasher soap; but otherwise we loved our stay.

Beautiful home but unfortunately the hot tub and sauna listed in booking weren’t working. Was one of our priorities when finding a rental. Klamath was booked or we probably would have left and went and rented something else upon arrival finding that that didn’t work. Odd balled up damp towels under fitted sheets on bed. Had to do dishes from the prior people renting the home and trash was over flowing. We had to take our few things of garbage into town to dispose. Again, beautiful home but really strange especially paying $1100.00 for 2 nights especially.
