About this house rental
Wander Port Orford is a sleek, glass-walled escape perched 200 feet above the Pacific, balanced on striking cantilevered beams with sweeping ocean views. The home offers outdoor lounging and dining with a BBQ grill and telescope for sky or sea gazing. Inside, guests find a bright, open layout enhanced by smart home controls, ultra-fast Wi-Fi, a fireplace, and climate control for every season. The kitchen comes fully stocked with premium appliances and a Nespresso machine, while added perks like parking, and laundry ensure a comfortable stay.
We want you to feel at home and have a restful, stress-free stay. There is no to-do list when you check-out. Just take your things and go!
You will be required to climb a set of stairs to enter the property. The home is very safe and built to withstand inclement weather, but it may rattle or shake – it’s a one-of-a-kind experience for those who love storm-watching but may not be everyone’s preference.
Due to the home’s position overlooking a 200 ft cliff, it is extremely dangerous for children to be left unattended. We recommend leaving the little ones at home, but if you do bring them along – you are solely responsible for their safety.
PET FEE & POLICY
This home is pet-friendly and welcome to your furry friends during your stay. However, I do have some rules and a pet fee to preserve our home’s delicate luxury furniture and linens.
• Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.
• Pet owners will be responsible for damage and charged through their payment on file.
• Our pet fee is $350/pet charged at check-out. The fee goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays.
NOTE: This fee does not cover damage by breaking the pet policy rules. Please note that we’ll be charging any extra damages done to the property by your pet.

This stunning glass house is suspended over water with floor-to-ceiling views that allow the sun to beam right in. It may get hot, but the AC and window shades function perfectly. Please note that there are no blackout shades, so light may come through in the early morning.
Its unique, open-concept design has divider walls for privacy, but the bedrooms do not have doors — which may make simultaneous conference calls more difficult.

We stayed in this house for a week. It's an amazing house, set on a cliff top with wonderful views. It is well equipped with thoughtful inclusions and everything you would need for a great stay. Concierge service was prompt and efficient. A couple of things to note: The house is primarily glass and metal and so there are a lot of noises at night, and particularly when the wind blows. We did not mind this, but it would not be for everyone. You cannot open any windows and there are no internal doors (other than on the bathrooms), so any noise at one end of the house can be heard clearly at the other end. This may be a little awkward for 2 couples. The town is quiet and an easy walk away. If you like hiking, there are some great ones at this end of the Oregon Coast. We loved staying there and will no doubt be staying again.

Gorgeous home and surroundings. We did not see pictures of hot tub in the listing, so it was a lovely surprise. Beautiful place.

This home looks just like the photos. Everything is in perfect shape and our friends liked the beds so much they decided to buy the beds online before they left. I would def recommend this property to anyone that just wants to relax and chill. Only downside is that Port Orford doesn’t have a lot to do.
