Cleanliness: Very neat and clean rooms. Fresh sheets and towels.
Communication: Fantastic communication. Accidentally left a toiletry bag and some items in the fridge and we promptly got a call to ask if we still wanted the items.
Property Condition: The room itself was well maintained. One of the lightbulbs was out and the light switch panel was broken but no major issues. All of the amenities that came with the stay worked with no issues i.e. Fridge, TV, and WiFi.
Area around the property: The nature area around the room and cabins was absolutely stunning. Even during the winter, the property was a dream to walk around. There are not a lot of stores or restaurants immediately near by so prepare to bring your own food or drive ~30 minutes.

The room was pretty clean.
The sheets in the bed were fine. The staff was great! Someone forgot to give us towels, but that was OK because we had her own.
