Bedroom (160x200 cm bed), shower room (walk-in shower, washing machine), separate WC with washbasin. Upstairs: bedroom (140x190 cm bed + 80x190 cm bed) and bedroom (140x190 cm bed + 90x190 cm bed), shower room/WC included. Wi-Fi (fiber optic). Non-smoking cottage. Private, unfenced 500 m² garden (gas griddle), covered bike storage (lockable). The cottage is located approximately 3 km from the village (local shops: bakery, grocery store). Nestled in a peaceful hamlet near the charming village of Manthelan (renowned in the Touraine region for its magnificent Carnival and delicious chocolate workshop), your cottage, fully renovated in 2025 using natural materials, reflects the eco-construction ethos so dear to Sylvie and Bernard. In the heart of a tranquil countryside, ideal for relaxation and exploration, it combines space, comfort, and well-being: a large living area, two bathrooms, and a pleasant garden for al fresco dining or playing with children. The surrounding paths invite leisurely walks or bike rides. Nearby, the Royal City of Loches reveals its castle, medieval streets, and traditional market.
