About this house rental

Just a short distance from the riverside, this smoke-free vacation home lets you experience it all. Château Azay-Le-Rideau is just a short walk away, so you can leave your car at the property, which offers onsite parking, or jump in your vehicle to make short work of the 31-minute drive to Chateaux de la Loire.

We spent a week here to celebrate my 60th birthday with my wife , two daughters and boyfriend. The property is located next to the owners house with it’s own entrance and garden. The owner Florence showed us around the property at the outset explaining everything. After that we were left in private for the week (I was confident had we needed anything Florence and Jean would have obliged). Azay is a beautiful location to base yourself for visiting many of the Loire chateau as well as walking cycling. We all enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave.

The hosts parents were wonderful. They met us with the keys and answered questions while we stayed there. The evenings were enjoyable sitting on the terrace in the shade.

Nous avons passé deux excellents semaines au gîte de l'Abreuvoir. La maison est très jolie et très bien équipée. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et accommodants. Le village est charmant, et tout est accessible à pieds. Nous recommandons vivement!
