About this cottage rental
On a working cereal farm, in the countryside, gîte in an 18th century stone building, opening onto a large square courtyard with terrace. Owner on site and his unheated swimming pool available (protected access). Ground floor: living room-kitchen opening (via 2 steps) onto the lounge, 1st bedroom (160 cm bed), 2nd bedroom (2 single beds), shower room (accessible via 2 steps from the kitchen), toilet. Upstairs: 3rd bedroom (160 cm bed, bathroom with bathtub and toilet), 4th bedroom (2 single beds). WIFI. Oil central heating included. Large garden at the back (p-pong). High chair and baby bed. All-inclusive gîte (except tourist taxes): sheets/beds made, towels, end-of-stay cleaning package, heating, electricity, basket of wood for the stove. Non-smoking accommodation. POOL OPENING: 15/06 to 15/09. Located 10 km from Ste Maure de Touraine, the Malhureau gîte is the ideal place to get together with family or friends. It is located in a quiet area, close to the Loire Valley Castles (Chinon, Azay-le-Rideau, Loches, etc.), the Wine Route (Cravant, Chinon, Bourgueil) and 35 minutes from Futuroscope.
