About this cottage rental
Country house located 1500 m from the village center. Ground floor: living room 33 m² (decorative fireplace, sofa, flat-screen TV, mini hi-fi system), open-plan kitchen 15 m², laundry room (washing machine), 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), bathroom (bathtub, shower), toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double beds (140 cm), 1 bedroom with two single beds (90 cm), shower room, toilet. Duvets in the bedrooms. High chair/travel cot/changing table/baby bath. Internet access. Oil heating included. The cottage is not specifically adapted for people with disabilities. Gravel terrace (garden furniture and deckchairs), large courtyard and small garden with swing set, private shaded park, all enclosed, entrance gate with remote control. Petanque balls, Molkky set. Walking trail on site. Two adult bicycles and two children's bicycles are available free of charge. Heating and electricity are included in the rates. This is a non-smoking property. Just 8 minutes from the A28 motorway exit, you'll also be 20 minutes from Tours, the capital of Touraine, which is bisected by the Loire River. This royal river, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, remains the last wild river in Europe. Cycling along the Loire à Vélo route offers magnificent and unforgettable scenery. Renovated in 2017, your gîte offers a perfect blend of old and new. Un séjour parfait, des propriétaires aux petits soins, vraiment rien a redire, ce fut magique. La maison est super super propre, hyper fonctionnel. Très bon literie. L'extérieur est hyper agréable ! On se sent super bien ! Vraiment, c'était l'une de mes meilleures locations de maisons ! Merci infiniment aux propriétaires de nous faire partager ces lieux, de nous avoir si bien reçu.

Accueil très chaleureux avec quelques spécialités locales: confitures, brioches, pétillant de Touraine et mêmesodas et bières au frigo. Propreté impeccable, déco soigneuse, équipement électroménager sans reproche, tout était nickel. Merci
