On the ground floor, a comfortable bedroom with a 160x200 bed offers a peaceful space for the night. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a bathtub and two sinks, and a separate toilet adds to the practicality.
Upstairs, you will find three simple but practical bedrooms:
A room with 3 single beds (90x200), perfect for children or friends.
A bedroom with a double bed (140x190).
A bedroom with a single bed (90x200).
Outside, a pleasant terrace invites you to share outdoor meals. The large enclosed garden is ideal for enjoying the tranquility or letting children play safely.
Without superfluous, our house is ideal for those looking for functional and affordable accommodation near Tours and the wonders of the region, such as the famous castles of the Loire.
