The apartment was a good size with great views. The space though, was not entirely clean. A bin with rubbish still in it in the bathroom, and the floors and surfaces were dusty. Compared to another letting we stayed at in the Marina Del Rey area, this apartment would benefit from a good spring clean and more modern appliances added- better cups and a newer kettle. Correspondence from the letting office was slow. This apartment could be very nice with a little updating.
