3-Bedroom Beach House, 50 feet from the sand - sleeps 10

The place is exactly as it appears. Inside are all the things you need to relax and entertain in comfort. We had 8 family and cooked in every meal together. Barbecue fired right up. The rooms are spacious. The bathrooms modern and clean. Lots of closet and drawer space. Slept on the pull out sofa and it was in great shape - - very comfortable and easy to set up and stow away. Plenty of linens and towels. Outside deck seating for morning coffee was really lovely. Just out the door is an easy walk to the beach, the canal, or Venice Main Street. Despite that proximity, it is a very quiet street. The beach is huge. We had plenty of space for frisbee, spike ball and lounging. We swam every day and had pods of dolphins with us. It was fantastic. Would definitely stay again. There is a lot of street parking within walking distance. Some days parking took some circling, but something always opened up.

Exactly as described, with a well-stocked kitchen, flawless check-in, close to beach and easy walking distance to much of what we wanted to do in Venice Beach.

This is a beautiful home in a great location. The description of 50 steps from the beach is very accurate. The home is very clean and all updated and just adorable. It is in a quiet neighborhood with local traffic only. The rooms are good size and plenty of room to relax and hang out. We had 5 of us there the whole time and then two joined us for one night. Don't let the "pullout" couch scare you off as one of the sleeping options. I actually slept on it one night and it is surprisingly comfortable. Diana, the owner is very responsive. One late afternoon one of the fire detectors starting beeping. I tested her to let her know and that we were leaving for dinner. I got a text from her while at dinner saying it had been taken care of. Check in instructions and map are very easy and accurate. I highly recommend this property and will be back myself.
