About this house rental
Magical 1 queen bdrm/1 bth bungalow completely remodeled 1 & 1/2 blocks to the sand and beach with top of the line everything including full size front load washer/dryer. Beautiful serene courtyard area to relax in with your coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Everything you need to live full time. Just bring your suitcase with your clothes and enjoy the area. Walk to everything! 4 blocks to Washington street where all the restaurants, bars, coffee houses, ice cream shops and bike rentals are located. Venice Canals, Abbott Kinney, LAX Something for everyone!

I had the best vacation!! This bungalow was just perfect. It was a fantastic location, clean and comfortable. Most importantly is that I felt safe staying there alone. Beautiful neighborhood. Just steps from the beach. I was able to walk and bike to shops and restaurants.

The property was exactly as listed. The location was amazing, close to the beach and restaurants. Tomasina and Steve were very friendly and responsive. Will definitely be back!
