le suivi par le proprietaire pour mon arrivee. tres clair et precis. le fait d etre au calme a 10 minutes de l aeroport LAX, le fait d etre au pied de la marina.

Apartment was very comfortable and clean with good amenities. I loved the oval baths in both main and guest bedrooms. The property and gardens were pretty and good options with pool, hot tub, sauna, gym and pool. Good coffee shop ‘Alfreds’ and trader Joe market to buy groceries and wine and good marina vibes. Close to airport, Venice Beach and Santa Monica. Airport transfer was very clear with instructions, comfortable and very courteous. Tony who managed the property was very helpful leading up to and during the stay.
You had to walk up to main road and walk along it and then down to get to the marina. There was no direct access to the marina area.

The property was spacious and well appointed with everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful.
The photos and the description were a bit misleading but overall the property does offer good accommodation
