Marina Boardwalk Breeze 1BA & 2BA - Short Trip To Venice Beach

Such a great location! Close to Venice beach and close to cafes and restaurants. Originally booked for one night but after seeing how lovely the apartment was we booked a second right away.

The apartment is spacious, clean, and quiet. All communication with the host was clear and concise. There was some nice touches like bottled water left in tbe fridge for us and there was a full kitchen and washing machine and dryer. Everything you could need was catered for.

Great access to anything you need. Groceries, BevMo, nails, restaurants and easy walk to the canals and beach. You really don’t need a car which I love! Pool area awesome! Apartment very quiet and safe neighborhood.

Could use some more condiments in kitchen: had coffee and tea ( which was greatly appreciated) but sugar, creamer, etc. A written in apartment guide would help with access questions and rules: using fob for pool, where trash goes, which exits/entrances to use if not driving, local information

Had to go thru garage to get to apartment. Elevators didn’t always work

Lage zur Marina sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Supermarkt in der Nähe. Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage auch für größere Fahrzeuge gut.

Der Komplex besteht aus vermieteten Wohnungen für Dauermieter, Ferienwohnungen eher selten. Ferienwohnung lieblos ohne Gemütlichkeit, alles in die Jahre gekommen, keine Bilder an der Wand, nur das Nötigste. Balkon zum Innenhof mit Blick auf die Nachbarschaft. Tagsüber Hunde Gebell. Der Pool leider nicht beheizt. Bei Ankunft war der Schlüssel nicht hinterlegt, klärte sich aber schnell. Keine Möglichkeit vor der Check-In Zeit reinzukommen. Tisch mit 4 Stühlen, Geschirr unvollständig. Nebengeräusche durch den Kühlschrank und die Klimaanlage beim Schlafen im Wohnraum. Verdunklung nur Senkrechtlamellenvoehänge, im Wohnraum fehlten 3 Lamellen.
