Your vacation cottage includes on the ground floor: - a living room-kitchen area, - a bathroom with shower, sink, and composting toilet, Upstairs under the attic: - a bedroom with a sloping ceiling and a double bed (180x190 cm) (which can, upon prior request, be split into two single beds (90x190 cm). For babies: the travel cot will only have space downstairs, and be careful with the stairs. In the courtyard, a 2-meter walk leads to your laundry room with storage for bicycles or other equipment, ... Exteriors: - To the south, a 6.3 m² wooden terrace and a 35 m² landscaped garden, - To the north, a 35 m² gravelled courtyard (parking space). This cottage adjoins a storage shed on its west gable end, used by the small neighboring riding school/equestrian farm. Here, the animals (horses, dogs, goats, chickens, and a rooster) resonate. Nestled in the countryside between the Trieux Estuary, the sea, and Paimpol, you'll enjoy a stay in a small, and admittedly unusual, house. At first glance, charming, simple, and efficient, you'll quickly realize its virtuous and hidden advantages: heat pump heating, hot water from solar thermal panels, green electricity, composting toilets, lime-hemp walls, and more. Everything here reflects the way Mathilde and her family already live in harmony with nature. 70 meters away, loop 28 "Trieux Estuary cycle train" passes by. From this lovely base, you can reach the Trieux Estuary for beautiful walks and discover the nearby Saint Christophe de Lézardrieux bridge. Of course, 8 km away, the famous Paimpol reveals its highlights: Beauport Abbey, Pointe de Guilben, Tossen beach, the port and its lively quays, the alleys and artisans, not forgetting the restaurants and brasseries. In Plourivo, a very cute little eco-friendly cottage with a design similar to a Tiny House, in the countryside, 7 km from the sea and only 2 km from the preserved Trieux Estuary, which changes with each tide.
