Enclosed garden, southern exposure, sheltered & planted (shrubs and flowers), children's games: swings and small house.
Just the road to cross to go to the beach
Garden table sheltered under veil. 4 reclining relax chairs and 1 sun lounger. WEBER barbecue
Rental contract between tenant and owner. The reservation is effective upon receipt of the signed contract.

The house was extremely clean and communication with the landlord was very straightforward and friendly. The rooms are spread over three floors, which are accessible via a narrow staircase.
The municipal water sports center, located directly opposite the house and accessible via a crosswalk, where we learned beach sailing, turned out to be absolutely excellent.
The house had everything we needed, although I would personally bring a really sharp knife and one or two additional chopping boards with me on my next visit.

Very friedly house owner who prepared an extrem warm welcomme. Nice house right across the street from the beach. The beach is nice and by far not crowded. Really overall a very nice stay.

Das Haus liegt sehr nah an einem tollen, sauberen Strand. Viele Möglichkeiten (Ausflüge, Wassersport, Restaurants) vor Ort und in der Umgebung.
