About this house rental
The cottage is located 2 km from the sea, directly above the large beach of Saint Efflam, and 3 km from the village of Plestin-les-Grèves.
The house is completely independent, at the entrance of the property. It is in a very quiet location, in the middle of the countryside and away from traffic lanes. You benefit from a private garden, courtyard and parking.
We can provide free complete equipment for your baby or young child (cot, duvet and duvet cover, bathtub, shower lounger, dishes, high chair, stair gate, games and toys, ...)
The gardens and courtyard are maintained with care but without the use of weed killers or any other chemical product. A complete restoration of the house took place in 2007, respecting techniques and materials (traditional exposed framework, walls coated with natural lime).
A large glazed insert with a power of 12 kW is installed in the fireplace and can heat the whole house. Environmentally friendly cleaning products are provided free of charge for dishes, linens and household items as well as tablecloths, tea towels and hand towels.
Label Clévacances 3 keys. Prefectoral classification of self-catering accommodation: 3 stars.

We had a lovely holiday staying in this cottage, despite the very mixed weather this year in July and August.
The owners were very responsive, very helpful and kind. They showed us round when we arrived and the cottage had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and it was such a peaceful place, but just a short drive (5 minutes) into
Plestin with its shops and a good supermarket.
A special mention for the owners who were so thoughtful and helpful. There were fresh crepes and cider to welcome us when we arrived and a 'Far Bretagne' the second week, plus delicious fresh vegetables from their garden. They took time to tell us about lots of different places we could visit and we felt very looked after.
There were lots of places a short drive away and something for everyone- and every weather! Huge beach down the road at St. Efflam, beautiful coastal walks, good surfing beach at Goas Lagorn, Chateaux to visit (Chateau de Rosanbo is nearby), the attractive town of Morlaix with lots of restaurants and beautiful old buildings, prehistoric Cairn at Barnenez, forest activities at Vivons perche, the Grain de Sail chocolate factory just outside Morlaix and lots more.

Het huren gaat als vanzelf, alles wordt goed uitgelegd, goed ontvangen, met een ruiker bloemen op de kast, ook een aperitieffles gehad en pannekoeken, tijdens verblijf een taart gehad en bij vertrek 2 potjes confituur, en goed uitgewuifd
Attentvolle ontvangst, goede communicatie, sterk aan te bevelen.

Calme et tranquillité, des propriétaires à l'écoute et tres serviables. Une location de bon confort avec tout l'équipement nécessaire, proche de la plage et des premiers commerces.
Un bémol nous concernant : cette petite maison de caractère s'est avérée humide et difficile à chauffer. L'ensemble des charges de chauffage n'est pas comprise ds le prix (bois ou électricité au-delà d'un certain plafond). Le prix du surplus est raisonnable, mais il serait préférable de l'intégrer dès le départ ds le coût de la location, quitte à rehausser le prix de la semaine.
