A recently renovated detached house, located in a quiet area near the port of Locquémeau (300m), the beach (150m) and the coastal path. The dining room and living room offer a beautiful view of the port and the bay of Lannion.
The house has three bedrooms, one on the ground floor, two bathrooms, a fitted kitchen, a dining room and a living room. The garden is closed, with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs.
You can visit nearby Lannion and its market at 10 km, the Pink Granite Coast at 15 km (Perros Guirec and Ploumanach), the Isle of Bréhat at 30 km, and take part in the numerous summer activities all over the coast.

The house is very well equiped, and offers enough space for six people. Perfectly located for walking, biking and time on one of the beaches.The owner lives close by and supported very quickly. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Jolie maison dans laquelle on se sent bien. La cuisine est très bien équipée. La vue sur mer du salon (et de toutes les pieces) est extraordinaire et reposante. Belles balades avoisinantes surplombant ce petit village calme sans oublier son café du port très sympa. Bien positionnée pour visiter cette cōte de granite rose magnifique. Petites attentions charmantes du propriétaire à notre arrivée. Nous reviendrons c’est certain!

Location idéale pour nos vacances, tant par l'hébergement que par sa situation géographique, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est très confortable et bien équipée, le propriétaire est fort sympathique et plein de bons conseils. Un coin de Bretagne a découvrir ou redécouvrir pour les amateurs de pêche à pied.
