About this cottage rental
The cottage (3 ears) is located 2km from the large beach of Saint-Efflam (Plestin-les-Grèves). It is an old renovated farmhouse with independent entrance, a closed courtyard of 100m2 (with barbecue, table, benches and deckchairs), a flower garden of 2000m2.
The location of the cottage is ideal: between sea and countryside to enjoy a peaceful stay. At 50m is a hiking trail that will offer the possibility of a beautiful walk in the countryside and by the sea.
The beaches are accessible on foot, by bike or by car (parking nearby).
The center of Plestin-les-Grèves is 4km with all shops (bakery, press house, tobacco, pharmacy, Super U etc.).
You can also sample local specialties and buy local products at the night market on Tuesday evenings (only in July and August) and on Sunday mornings (all year round).
Numerous leisure activities nearby: nautical center, cinema, fest-noz, sea fishing, fishing on foot, circuit of chapels (exhibitions and concerts).
The Pink Granite Coast is located 20km (Perros-Guirec and Ploumanac'h elected the most beautiful village of France in 2015).
Baby equipment is available on request.

The house is very nice if you are looking for seclusion, nature and peace. The sea is not far away. The contact with the landlords is very friendly. The house is well furnished and beautifully renovated. However, it is noisy and the dishes are rustic.
We felt very comfortable in the house and front garden and our dog also had a relaxing holiday.
