I didn't encounter the hosts in person but all arrangements ran smoothly and a query was answered very promptly. The flat is scrupulously clean and the bed is comfortable. Good kitchen equipment - even kitchen scissors and a cafetiere. The TV worked without problems and the flat felt secure.. The location is within walking distance of anywhere on the sea front or in central Brighton. Half a pint of milk was left in the fridge - don't know if this was intentional or left behind.
I arrived late at night and a tea bag or sachet of coffee would have been welcome as the neighbourhood shops had shut. The sofa in the living room sinks down and is not comfortable. A translucent sticker on the door window would have made the flat feel more private and secure. I didn't turn the light on after dark because you could see right into the flat from the walk way.

Central and very close to everywhere in Brighton and Hove. Train station and main bus stops are 5 mins on walk. The flat is clean and tidy. There are a lot of storage area at home. The bed is smooth and comfortable. Shower is perfect.
The bath hand tub is small. It would be bigger and wider. Also there’d be better if it was a washing machine in the kitchen. The sofa should be changed bcs i guess it has completed its age. Also, sometimes, internet connection suddenly cuts off, so it should be stabled by being set.
