there was no flexibility for early check-in (considering check out is at 11 am for guests- asking for a check in at 1:30 pm seems a very reasonable request)
when I asked for information regarding early parking I wasn’t given it and told I had to wait until a certain time - Slightly bizarre.
(when someone is travelling a long distance it isn’t very helpful for planning the day considering there’s a late check-in at 4 pm)
thankfully I did my own research and spoke to a very nice security guard at the car park who was very helpful.
considering the cost it would’ve been nice to have a little bit of flexibility and information.
