I wasn't able to contact the host by phone to confirm the key code number for the key box. Luckily we were out late so it didn't matter that check in wasn't on time. The property didn't feel secure and had a strange door in the bathroom which seemed to lead into another building but was locked from the other side. The radiator was on full so the flat was very hot on arrival. It really wasn't very clean, particularly the windows and bathroom. Some of the sheets were stained. The WiFi didn't work/wasn't switched on. Incredibly strange decor but that wasn't too much of an issue!
