Good location and big flat for Brighton. Basic but reasonably priced, comfortable bed , couldn't find an iron, but agency said they could bring one, good communication from them.
Apartment not spotlessly clean. Would be nice to have a welcome /instruction book.

Great location, staff very responsive with issues and sorted a constant beep in the hall and replacement keys.
Property needs refurbished throughout - skirting boards hanging off, paint on walls chipping away, hallway very dingy and unwelcoming, bathroom grotty. We were sent wrong code for key box so could not get in.
