Property was good apart from a few issues but we managed and tried not to let them bother us. Good location with good bus service to centre of Brighton
Had a few issues 1) water leaking from bottom of toilet. Had to use towels etc to mop up. 2) not enough cutlery 3) kitchen sink tap very wobbly and we were scared it would break completely. 4) window wouldn’t open in 2nd bedroom and it got a bit stuffy during night.

The location was great and the host was very helpful with the welcome information
It wasn't the cleanest place, quite dusty and had lots of pet hair. The bed broke on the first night and it was obvious this was a known issue because the metal was broken and duct taped in many places. The upstairs toilet leaked with every flush so it couldn't be used. As it was over Christmas period there wasn't much the host could do about the breakages.

The location ist great, the bedrooms and beds are wonderful, the bathrooms new. The heating is super and work reliably via remote control. The small house is spacious and has enough room for storage. The kitchen is well equipped.
The sofa is not very nice and there were only 2 knives. For 4 people not enough plates etc.

It was a lovely house with great facilities and we loved the little extra gifts that where left for us, thank you! There was plenty of bedding and towels and the beds were comfortable too. Good communication from owner when we needed info about the parking.
There were pods for the coffee machine but as it is a model I'm not familiar wit, I had no idea what they were ie latte or americano etc. We did use the oven but it didn't seem to heat up well or cook the food very well. The lounge/kitchen backs on to the pubs outside garden area and, as the walls are quite thin, there was quite a bit of noise from there on the Friday and Saturday nights. The rack in the main bedroom for holding clothes was missing several screws so the shelves didn't hold up when I put my bag on it. The parking was at the top of the road and you had to pay for it via an app, the only time it was free was in the evening and over the weekend.
