The Space:

Immerse yourself in the rural charm of West Sussex at Apple Trees. Set in the quiet hamlet of Batchmere, enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside while being close to Chichester city, country pubs and local beaches.



The home is the perfect set up for three families of 4, or two larger families. The open plan design of the kitchen, living and dining area creates a fantastic space to spend time with loved ones - relaxing, playing games or eating together. And with a huge separate lounge, library and six spacious bedrooms, there’s plenty of room for the whole family.

Lovely, spacious, homely house, great layout, lots of parking space and all that you need for a relaxing stay. Short drive to West Wittering and lovely pubs. Great communication from homeowner too. Perfect for a group of friends or a family get together. We had a fab weekend in a great holiday home, thank you.

Property is spacious but many niggly problems. Also cleanliness was poor - mainly pans, childrens cups, downstairs bathroom. Kitchen could definitely do with a revamp. Photos made place look better than it is. Also there was no gate - which meant we were unable to relax as we had young children and there was the worry they could run onto road. Also at the back of the garden there were a great many nettles. This could be a lovely holiday home if it was maintained better.
