About this cottage rental
Fleetwood is a fabulous family holiday home right on the beach front in East Wittering. With two balconies the full width of the house on both the first and second floors, the breathtaking view of the sea can be enjoyed from pretty much anywhere in the property. Fleetwood has been loved as a holiday home for generations.

Bedroom 1: King size bed with en-suite bathroom (second floor) Bedroom 2: King size bed with en-suite bathroom (first floor) Bedroom 3: King size bed with en-suite bathroom (first floor) Bedroom 4: King size bed with en-suite bathroom (ground floor Bedroom 5: Double bunk room (ground floor)
Fleetwood sleeps twelve in five bedrooms. The remaining 4 bedrooms all have king size beds and en-suite bathrooms. There is a king on the ground floor, two on the first floor and the large bedroom on the top floor has picture windows the full width of the room, with sliding doors out onto a private balcony. There is no better bed to wake up in on the beach front.
The property enjoys plenty of relaxing and entertaining space with a large open plan kitchen / sitting / dining room on the ground floor, leading on to the secure and private beach front garden. There is also a sitting room on the first floor with sliding doors, the full width of the room, out onto the balcony.
Fleetwood is pet friendly and dogs can play to their hearts content in the secure garden. With the beach just through the garden gate, it is canine heaven. This stretch of the beach is dog friendly all year round. Dog owners are requested to clear up after their pets upon departure and pets are not permitted upstairs, in any of the bedrooms or on the soft furnishings.
Coney Six is a private residential estate so the road is quiet and all the neighbours very friendly. It is just a five minute walk into the village of East Wittering and a ten minute walk in the other direction to Billys on the Beach in Bracklesham Bay…undoubtedly one of the best restaurants in the area and the only one on the beach front.
Fleetwood has plenty of parking for at least four or five cars on the drive and is secured by large iron gate.
For a large group holiday or multi generational family gathering, Fleetwood is hard to beat. Its beach front location and spectacular lay out make it the perfect family holiday home.

We loved stayed at Fleetwood. An enormous house with more bathrooms than we needed
Beds very comfortable, relaxing lounge , fabulous location on the beach, good facilities and equipment, space to spread out and even had an office and lounge upstairs. The garden was perfect for our dogs, well looked after and totally safe.
Would be very good for large gatherings to give friends and families their own personal space .
Only quibble was that some of the house was superb but some areas felt a bit dated.
We have used Wellies and Windbreakers for a few years now, and always find Amanda/Angela and the team incredibly helpful and efficient

To confirm the weekend was a wonderful stay and the three couple and their children grand-child walked in to the most fabulous house , one of a grand designs and one which would be fit for any larger gathering
Th Support of Amanda through the process set the scene to a memorable occasion
The rooms were ones set for super domestic environment, warm , comfortable and very sociable
The view, once the weather improved were such a joy, far reaching horizons, dedicated water sports people. And rolling waves , storms and a balmy winter Sunday to round a perfect picture from the 1st and 2nd floors
The functional items cooker/fridges, were very well proportioned for a large house - as was domestic pots and pan and range of serving dishes
The floor covering were appropriate for each area
Beds and pillow enabled a good night sleep
There were minor blips in our scoring , but no reason to not book and cherish a wonderful home and location - My advice book it if you want a perfect place to stay, the challenge finding gaps in the diary - memories can be created here
