About this house rental
11 Shorecroft is a comfortable family house set in the most wonderful location right on Aldwick beach in West Sussex. With views across the sea from the all the main rooms, as well as a garden opening directly onto the beach itself, this is an ideal holiday home for anyone looking for a seaside break on England's stunning south coast.
Inside, the house has a good size sitting and dining room with patio doors leading out to the beach front garden. The kitchen is practical and has the benefit of a dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is a ground floor triple bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed) with an en-suite bathroom and there is also a separate WC on the ground floor.
On the first floor there are 2 further bedrooms (1 triple, 1 twin) and a family bathroom. The uninterrupted views from both these bedrooms are superb, looking out over the beach and the sea beyond.
This property has a strict no pets policy.

Spacious property. Worked well for 7 people although bed arrangement wasn’t ideal. Great beach access and wonderful views. Would stay there again.

Wow! what a wondaful holiday we had. The house is situated on the beach and had everything we needed to make our holiday complete. The lovely helpful neighbours were a real bonus and the host Verity was extremely nice to deal with.Many Thanks we will be back again!

Good location, good agent, been there a couple of times already.
Dining room table and chairs need upgrading to 8 comfortable chairs and place round the table for 8.
Most window handles are broken so do not open for fresh air.
The shower in the ground floor bedroom needs replacing (not working, boiling or cold).
Beds would be if upgraded to nice firm beds not bouncy one’s…
Otherwise all ok!

Enjoyable stay. Location on the beach. Plenty of room. Excellent car parking. Shops nearby. Inside a bit dated.
