Absolutely loved it. It was very comfortable. Had all the facilities that we needed. Close to the town and sea.
Only downside was it didn’t have a downstairs toilet but to be fair there wasn’t space for one .

We were a party of 7 and there was always plenty of hot water for showers.
Great space for socialising downstairs in the living and dining rooms and well appointed kitchen
Off street parking for two cars was very handy, especially as nearby parking spaces were suspended
The beds in the three double rooms were very comfortable and the rooms spacious
Ants in the kitchen, it was nice weather but not a heatwave and they were in the dishwasher, breadbin, & on work surfaces
Top floor shower flooded the bathroom floor day 1 as water did not drain away so could not use on days 2 or 3
Top floor Velux blinds need fixing - they would not stay shut and were not properly on the runners
Bed in single room very uncomfortable - my sister barely slept for the two nights she was with us
Apart from the bed, these are just small things that can easily be fixed so I just mentioned them so they can be addressed for future visitors

Leaving
Mould. Spiders web. Broken bath. Top bedroom was dangerous to access and we are surprised planning permission was given to a room that is dangerous to access. Many people had bashed their heads in the past as there was a big dent in the overhanging wall that blocked the access. Contact brushed off our comments and only replied when chased a second time. It was expensive as it was Goodwood weekend.
