Fabulous, cute, tiny self contained accommodation, tucked away in the countryside! Had everything you need.. and very comfortable. Friendly owners who don’t bother you but just check all is ok. I’d definitely stay there again!
Only niggle which could be rectified very easily is by having a key safe. On arrival I couldn’t reach the key where the owners had put it! Had to stand on old plastic garden furniture which I hoped wouldn’t break on me!
Other minor niggle was having to walk across a soggy, grassy, garden to get to the accommodation. Not ideal during UK rainy season but wouldn’t be an issue in the summer! They do provide Wellies tho!

The Pump House is a perfect place to stay with its clean, cozy vibe and huge comfy bed! We enjoyed having a kitchen & fridge so we could cook for ourselves as needed. The location was idyllic and tranquil - perfect for a romantic getaway for a few days. We particularly enjoyed being able to open all the doors and skylight windows to let the summer breeze flow through. The host was very responsive to questions/requests we had which was much appreciated e.g. some vegan breakfast items provided upon our request, EV charging, free bikes to borrow upon request.
It would be nice to have some food storage options e.g. tupperware when cooking to store in the fridge.

We liked the quiet, rural location and the provision of some breakfast items.
It was very welcoming to see some Christmas lights in the tree outside.
We found the property to be warm and cosy and we could adjust the thermostat if necessary.
Having access to an EV charger was a boon.
It would have been helpful if we had known exactly which breakfast items would be in the property and it would have been nice to have had fresh milk, as a fridge was available.
Although we received good directions for the last mile to the property, it was a bit difficult to see the entrance at the bottom of the drive as the light was fading. Once we'd found the property the first time, it was much easier. Perhaps the name could be positioned on the other side of the drive and be more visible?

Andy kept good communication with us and was there to welcome us
We had a long journey and on arrival was told no electric. This caused us to worry as we had booked here to attend a wedding for which we needed basic facilities. We also looked for alternative accommodation which all appeared to be booked. However after 2 hours it got fixed
